I feel the need to feed back to you about using the personal mix, which I have had for three weeks now.
First of all, I am more calm and less hasty.
I also pay more attention to my breathing! I take more time for myself in all aspects of my life.
I always put other people first, and then thought of myself. The more I have realised this, the more emotional, angry and sad I have become. I apparently needed to think about this.
Also I feel fitter in the last couple of days and I think I know why: I am calmer and do things more slowly, which has a positive effect.
Sometimes I have a little setback and I confront myself, about the way my life was.
At those times, I feel rebellious and particularly emotional.
But then it's all about letting go and looking forward.
This is how I am currently.
