I been clean for three months!

Hi Tom,

I’m on the right track. It’s been three months since my last drink and all because of the Bach Flower Remedy and the AA. I have been trying a number of things in the past, but after a few weeks I would relapse.

I recently started going to the AA, but with Bach Flowers everything goes so much easier. I don’t feel as nervous anymore, I’m less irritable and I feel so much better. Hopefully this will continue and I have faith that it will. It is the first time I didn’t have a single drink for so long.
