I have wonderful news to tell you. I returned from my seven day cruise in a boat around the Mediterranean sea so happy. I didn't recognize myself. As the date was coming closer, there was no nervousness, no apprehension, no anxiety! In two words I felt completely SERENE.
It was INCREDIBLE, from the embarkation to stopover, until the disembarking, everything was PERFECT. There was one night of navigation with through a storm and I had fears (but only normal fear without anxious symptoms).
I want to thank you.
I have nearly reached the end of my sixth vial of Bach flowers; the first three against stress and the following three for sleep.
Regarding the sleep problems, it isn't going as well. There are nights when sleep does not come. Most of the time, I fall asleep easily, but then I have mainly short nights, agitated ones, sleepless nights and sometimes I feel the need to sleep in the morning or after lunch...
