- Personal Bach flowers remedy I have been taking the combination for 8 weeks now and I feel a lot better. If I re-read my
first e-mail to you I remember thinking: ‘Gosh, was it really that bad?' Actually I
felt a result after a couple of days, but I wanted to be really sure about it. So I waited a couple of weeks to give you my feedback.
I'm not there yet, but I am moving in the right direction:
I can move myself again to do things. I take up tasks again that were too
demanding before. I don't get all stressed up when something doesn't go
the way I had planned and I can deal better with unexpected situations. I
don't feel the need to have absolute control over everything. I worry less and it has become easier to let go of things and keep things in proportion (little problems are not longer inconceivable mountains). I almost completely stopped fighting with my husband and our relationship feels a lot healthier again. Going to work has stopped being such a task for me, and small annoyances stay small annoyances; whereas some weeks ago they would have transformed into big frustrations.
It seems as though all the negative emotions, experiences and feelings are a more 'flattened out'. It’s as if the sharp edges have been cut off. This makes it much easier to deal with them. Of course, I still have moments when I feel a bit negative, moments in which I lack motivation, but these never last long and I manage to encourage myself. This is something I didn't succeed in before, no matter how hard I wanted to or tried to.
In short, I feel more in control of myself, my head is not so crammed with thoughts anymore. ;-) I go more happily, more resiliently and thus more easily through life again. I didn't think that Bach Flowers would make such a world of difference. I feel as if after a long winter, spring has finally come into my life.... Thank you!
