- Personal Bach flowers remedy 
Hi Tom,
At the beginning of the treatment I had two or three days in which I was constantly sad and felt like crying when I was about to go to bed. It was as if my problems were exiting my body in this way.
I can't exactly say when it started, but two or three days ago I had the impression I was finding myself again (without fears, sparkling, and bit crazy...). I was like that for 18 years and then it just disappeared and I was faced with a monotonous life that didn't fit me at all (and which I have lived for quite a bit longer than one year now). I have this energy now (in spite of being tired) and when I find myself in a difficult situation I no longer reside in it, but say to myself that there always is a solution.
Of course, I still have periods of doubt but no longer in a dramatic way like before. Neither to do I experience the strong anxiety anymore. And all of this without any medical support, Bach Flowers only.
