- Bach flowers mix 40 Hello Tom,
I discovered Bach flowers through the advice of a friend. I chose Tom because he proposed a composition based on each particular issue.
For me it was mix 40 “menopause”.
After a few months of taking it, I noticed that while my hot sweats didn’t disappear completely, they at least faded away much more, So much so, that I recommended it to a friend, who has since confirmed that she is doing much better too.
I advise those who suffer from menopausal symptoms, like me, to try mix 40; in order to be efficient there needs to be a regular intake for a few months, but what happiness it is to feel better!
