I want to write a little about my experience of using the Bach Flower Essences.
In February 2015 I had surgery on my uterus and my ovaries were removed, this resulted in my first hot flash… After about a week I had about 40 hot flashes on a daily basis. This continued even at night.
In April I started with Bach Flower mix 40 and after two weeks I noticed some improvement ....
It seemed like it was a little easier, I started sleeping better and I can only say that it is getting better.
After the course of 3 months I can now say that I experience 10 hot flashes a day, however these are nothing compared to the ones I had before, when I started to sweat a lot and I felt nauseous. They lasted quite a while too.
Now, it is Feb 2016 and the minute I think I’m experiencing a hot flash, they’re almost over, so I can only recommend this product. You feel better with no side effects, there are no mood swings and you sleep better.
