- Bach flowers mix 47 Dear Tom,
I've recently started using mix 47. I don't want to scream "victory" just yet, but I'm less exhausted now.
I've had good control of my Crohn's Disease for years now.
Also because of the Imuran (medicine), I've felt exhausted for years and I've felt impeded.
My weekends were mostly spent sleeping on the couch. I didn't have a lot of energy.
I'm still lying on the couch, but I'm not that exhausted anymore. Going out would cost me a great deal of energy, even during the day.
At work I seldom get an energy dip. I can get through the day.
I work in education. A fantastic job, but it is anything but calm. It requires a lot of a person.
I had to take a break for a couple of months, because I was completely burnt out
I'm still in treatment, but it's going better and better. I have even restarted at work.
Hopefully I will keep doing well with the mix.
