- Bach flowers mix 85 Dear Tom,
I wish to mail you about my progress with the Bach Flower treatment for fear. I feel less tired, happier and my panic attacks have almost disappeared. My fears have gone less a lot and my body is a lot calmer! I’m myself again and comfortable in my skin!
Only when I start thinking on it, I get an occasional panic attack coming to the surface. I know this much now, so I can easily divert my thoughts onto something else. With the Bach Flower mix this goes easier than it was before.
I did not expect to have results this quickly. I've been having anxieties since I was a child and I always was kind of panicky. Thank You!
